Mom & Me - This class is recommended for children who can walk through 2 years of age or until they are comfortable to take a class without a parent. A class for parents to help their children with developing motor skills, coordination and an introduction to physical activity. Children will learn body positions and basic gymnastics skills. This is a great class to introduce children to life skills such as listening and following directions.

3 year old - This class will work on further developing gross motor skills and body control. Children begin to learn proper skill development and more gymnastics terminology and more skills independently.

4-5 year old - Your child will explore more challenging gymnastic equipment and work on skills more age-appropriate motor skills. This class will further work on skill development and fundamental gymnastics skills.
